Most notably, Lehi is home to IM Flash Technologies, a joint venture of Micron Technology and Intel, which manufactures NAND Flash memory for use in handheld communication devices, removable storage, and consumer electronics. One of Lehi's oldest employers is also among its most successful Lehi Roller Mills, founded in 1906 by a co-op of farmers, produces some 600,000 pounds of flour each week, its mill grinding around the clock six days a week to meet the high demand for flour.
The northernmost community in Utah Valley, Lehi borders the Wasatch Mountains, where abundant outdoor activities are close at hand. Lehi real estate is surprisingly affordable, with many new homes starting in the low-mid price range.
